Biography:

I am currently a part-time University Lecturer covering both Business Communications and Human Resources. I also simultaneously work in Insurance where I look after my own client portfolio whilst building up an International team of fellow Insurance professionals.

I was previously a Senior Talent Acquisition Expert where I leveraged off my CIPD certification plus 20+ years of talent acquisition and management experience to deliver executive level positions across multiple industries. I have a deep understanding of the resourcing landscape across Asia Pacific, having covered a wide range of products and geographies in both the technology and banking and finance sectors.

My core competencies included end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and diversity, equity, and inclusion advocacy. I am a team player, a self-motivated learner, and an analytical thinker. I enjoy new challenges and always strive to make a positive impact in any organization I join.

This presentation, "Future Proofing the Digital Leader - An HR Perspective," by Vicky Daryanani explores how HR has been strategically leveraging off emerging trends such as AI integration, skills-based hiring, and employee wellbeing to build resilient leadership for its upcoming employees. 

Central to this transformation is the adoption of online collaboration tools that enable seamless communication and productivity across hybrid and geographically dispersed teams. We will discuss how AI-driven HR technologies automate routine tasks, enhance decision-making, and support personalized employee experiences, allowing HR leaders to focus on strategic workforce planning and culture development remotely.
