Prof. Howard Ling is the Chief Consultant of Impact Incubator, and the Professor of Practice at Baptist University. Howard began his social entrepreneurial journey since 2008. He has consulted over 100 social enterprises and raised over HKD 300M for these enterprises. He was awarded the Medal of Honour (MH) by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), and the Hong Kong Humanity Award in 2017 for his dedicated public and community services, particularly his contributions to the development of social enterprises.
Mr Daniel CHAN

Silver Medalist of Paris 2024 Paralympic
Daniel is a retired Hong Kong para-badminton player who won bronze medal at the 2020 Paralympics and silver medal at the Paralympics. He is also a Year 4 student studying sports and health sciences. He founded Kompass Limited, which key mission is to provide a wide range of inclusive training programs, from schools to corporations, to promote inclusiveness and positive thinking in society. Currently, the company has delivered over 30 inclusive training courses to schools and major corporations, trained over 6,000 people.

Anson is currently a Partner based in the Hong Kong office heading up the Consumer & Retail Practice in the Asia Pacific region.
Anson acts as the Lead Partner for a number of strategic MNC and regional accounts, covers a number of sectors in the consumer, industrial, tech, smart cities and retail space across the Asia Pacific region.

Karena Belin is co-founder and CEO of WHub, Hong Kong’s largest startup community platform that connects startups with key resources to accelerate their growth. She also co-founded AngelHub, Hong Kong’s first SFC-licensed investment platform, which democratizes early-stage investing by linking startups with professional investors across Asia.

Raymond is Associate Director (University Collaborations & Entrepreneurship) at the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTPC), overseeing talent and startup nurturing, entrepreneurship education, and university partnerships. Previously, he was Assistant Director at the Knowledge Transfer & Entrepreneurship Office, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, leading initiatives such as seed funding, entrepreneurial education, and co-working spaces. Passionate about youth innovation, Raymond has served with professional bodies including the Hong Kong Design Centre’s assessment panel. He is also a frequent speaker at entrepreneurship conferences and a judge for various startup and incubation competitions, both locally and internationally.

The company fosters an inclusive work environment by operating a bakery shop and café staffed by SEN individuals. Their goal is to provide opportunities for SEN individuals to adapt to the workforce and enhance their employability.

Aron is a Year 5 Physical Education and Recreation Management student, the founder of the social enterprise Sportcanheal852, and a former member of the Hong Kong, China Karate Team. His venture combines regular exercise—such as Karate, Tai chi and Yoga—with mindfulness training to improve the physical and psychological well-being of underprivileged individuals, encouraging healthy lifestyles and building self-confidence. His project now leverages a digital well-being app and technology-driven analytics to advance health sciences research and push the boundaries of the field.
Ms Xapa LIT
Founder of Tochi Lab
Xapa is a Visual Arts graduate whose work focuses on the connection between art and environmental protection. Ceramics Cycle, a project under her initiative Tochi Lab, is Hong Kong’s first program for ceramic recycling. Through workshops and public outreach, discarded pottery is turned into artwork and tools used in marine restoration, helping reduce municipal waste. Xapa’s approach highlights both her creativity and commitment to sustainability.
