The HKBU Alumni Association of Ontario in Canada held a dinner to celebrate its 30th Anniversary on 16 September attended by over 170 alumni and guests.

 

Distinguished guests included Miss Kathy Chan, Director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (Toronto), HKSAR Government; Professor Roland Chin, President and Vice-Chancellor; Mr Yeung Po-kwan, Former Council Member of HKBU; and Dr Robert Lam, Former Academic Registrar of HKBU.

 

In a slide presentation, President Chin shared with the guests the latest developments of the University including the 10-year Institutional Strategic Plan as well as the University’s recent achievements.
