The School of Chinese Medicine has been committed to providing quality Chinese medicine services to the community since its establishment 16 years ago. To further promote its services to society, the School organised a community day at its five Chinese medicine clinics last Friday (1 May), attracting 1,500 members of the public.
An array of activities were organised on the day including medical consultations, herbal tea tasting and two specialised talks delivered by professional Chinese medicine practitioners on acupoints and Chinese medicine treatment for allergic rhinitis. In addition, guided tours were arranged to enable the public to visit the Dr and Mrs Hung Hin Shiu Museum of Chinese Medicine, The Bank of China (Hong Kong) Chinese Medicines Centre and Lui Seng Chun.
