The 2nd International Corporate Governance Conference

The Centre for Corporate Governance & Financial Policy at the School of Business organized its 2nd International Corporate Governance Conference on 25-26 June 2015. The themes of this interdisciplinary conference were sustainability, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, and corruption. The aim was to bring on campus renowned colleagues with a long track record of publications in top-tier journals in the fields of Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management and Marketing so that they can interact with HKBU colleagues. 

Overseas participants were Jordan Siegel (Harvard Business School), Pedro Matos (University of Virginia), Hun-Tong Tan (Nanyang Technological University), In-Mu Haw (Texas Christian University) and Ruth Aguilera (Northeastern University), who were joined by Dragon Tang and Sara Kim from the University of Hong Kong, as well as by Weiqiang Tang and Aris Stouraitis from HKBU, in presenting their latest research findings.
