Driving Growth with Sustainability and Governance: Featuring case studies from past Awards Winners and advice from members of Judging Panel

The Centre for Corporate Governance and Financial Policy is proud to have participated in the 2025 Hong Kong Corporate Governance and ESG Excellence Awards Launch Symposium, which took place on 10 July 2025. This year's theme, "Driving Growth with Sustainability and Governance", highlighted the critical intersection of corporate governance and sustainable practices.

The symposium featured insightful case studies from past award winners and expert advice from members of the Judging Panel. Dynamic panel discussions included "Leveraging ESG and CG for Success", where companies shared their journeys and strategies tailored for Excellence Awards candidates. Another panel, "Taking Your ESG and CG to the Next Level", provided practical tips and updates on the ESG Certified Professional Examination. Leading corporates offered expert insights into their unique approaches to sustainability and governance, addressing industry-specific challenges and exceeding stakeholder expectations.

The event also included a certificates presentation, recognizing participants in the ESG Certified Professional Examination. Overall, it was an engaging occasion that fostered valuable dialogue and collaboration in the evolving landscape of corporate governance and sustainability.
